So fast, so yummy, so healthy!

I usually meal prep a big salad with kale, couscous, chickpeas, tomatoes, red onion, feta, and chicken and easily swapped the couscous for Boostcous! Not only was it faster to make, it actually tastes better and it’s so much more nutritious. I bough a single pack of 6 but looks like I’ll be subscribing once these run out!

Incredible!!!

I love couscous but can’t eat gluten. Boostcous is so delicious! Finally, I can have it again! I’m so happy! It’s delicious and now I’m getting so much more protein!

Good, but strong flavor.

I think that boostcous is a pretty good product. It definitely is more nutritious than regular couscous. But I will be honest, you can definitely taste the chickpea and lentil flavor. I served it with coconut Thai chicken so that worked, but if I had something plain, it might be too strong for me. You would want to know this flavor profile before pairing it with certain foods. I don’t think it would go with Chinese food or Italian.

I’m gluten free and this is such a wonderful and delicious substitute for couscous! I made a tabouli and it was *chef’s kiss*.
