So fast, so yummy, so healthy!

I usually meal prep a big salad with kale, couscous, chickpeas, tomatoes, red onion, feta, and chicken and easily swapped the couscous for Boostcous! Not only was it faster to make, it actually tastes better and it’s so much more nutritious. I bough a single pack of 6 but looks like I’ll be subscribing once these run out!

I LOVE this stuff! I was trying to find ways to add more protein to my diet and this fits in perfectly. It cooks up great, has a good flavor and is so versatile!

Surprisingly good!

It's very tasty, easy to prepare, only complaint is it does clump up and isn't easy to 'fluff' back up to break up the clumping, but it's not such a issue that I would not order it again. Definitely a great side with bonus of all that protein!
