I usually meal prep a big salad with kale, couscous, chickpeas, tomatoes, red onion, feta, and chicken and easily swapped the couscous for Boostcous! Not only was it faster to make, it actually tastes better and it’s so much more nutritious. I bough a single pack of 6 but looks like I’ll be subscribing once these run out!
Absolutely love it. The taste, texture is amazing. Love the fact that we’re getting all that protein in and you feel like you’re eating a carb. My whole family loves it so it’s a win win situation.
I appreciate that this is gluten-free, tasty, and that it seems like eating couscous without the gluten. I like the texture. My only issue is that it taste so good that I’m eating too much of it!
Generally healthy substitutes for bread , pasta , meat, cheese etc are dismal in texture and taste. I find Boostcous to taste better than ordinary couscous. Quite an accomplishment!
