I usually meal prep a big salad with kale, couscous, chickpeas, tomatoes, red onion, feta, and chicken and easily swapped the couscous for Boostcous! Not only was it faster to make, it actually tastes better and it’s so much more nutritious. I bough a single pack of 6 but looks like I’ll be subscribing once these run out!
We made a big pot of gumbo today and instead of white rice we paired it with BoostCous. It was delicious and so good to know the protein content was optimized. Boostcous has a great chewy bite without being “gummy” like a lot of other protein pastas out there. I didn’t get a pic because we ate it so fast. Yummmm! We love BoostCous!
I’m so stoked to have found a new protein-packed alternative. My wife is a vegetarian so it’s always helpful to sneak in more protein if I’m not cooking meat that night. It holds up really nicely as a leftover too. Will definitely be ordering more.
Really pleasantly surprised by Boostcous. I was nervous at first when I drained it after cooking it because it was clumpy and gell-like, but once you run cold water over it, it transformed into regular couscous and was delicious. can't wait to have it again
I made this the other day not knowing what to expect but it was very tasty and filling! Will definitely be one of my go to sides!
