I usually meal prep a big salad with kale, couscous, chickpeas, tomatoes, red onion, feta, and chicken and easily swapped the couscous for Boostcous! Not only was it faster to make, it actually tastes better and it’s so much more nutritious. I bough a single pack of 6 but looks like I’ll be subscribing once these run out!

The taste and texture are both really good. I highly recommend this! I really wish they had glycemic index/load info available, but from what I can tell from eating it, it's probably pretty low.
I’m honestly very grateful to have found this product - it tastes great and is so versatile! Being gluten free AND trying to get extra protein in my diet these days, this is the perfect product for weeknight meals + lunches. Even with just butter + salt it was delicious!
