Like a mini pasta but with great protein (18g and fiber 11g) per serving (1/2C). Glad I tried Boostcous! Enjoying thinking of ways I can incorporate it into my meals frequently for easy protein / fiber. Maybe you could offer a nice mesh strainer option - that would be really convenient. The Boostcous and a nice kinda large (large enough to hold a package of cooked Boostcous) mesh strainer could be a nice gift package. I’d buy it.
I love this and so did the friend I served it too. It’s a nice break from rice and it’s a good protein count. It mixes well with a variety of foods and has a little bit of a pasta like texture. I just ordered more boxes. Excellent product!
I've just been told to lower my carb intake to bring down my A1C. It was the perfect time to discover Boost Cous! I avoid gluten, as well, so Boost Cous turned out to be a delicious replacement for white rice and rice-based pasta. We will continue to order Boost Cous and make it a staple in our pantry.

Rice takes a while to cook (and can be pretty plain) and pasta always feels a bit heavy, so I was excited to try Boostcous. I've made a couple boxes of it, and it's exceeded all expectations. Quick and easy to cook (directions are nice and clear), tastes great, and I feel good after eating.
It's got a nice texture and keeps well for leftovers. The flavour is pretty neutral, so you can pair it with pretty much anything (some salmon and mango in this case). Can't wait to try some more recipes!
